Here, coffee is not just a crop—it is a way of life, a philosophy deeply rooted in the red soil of Quindío. This seven-hour immersion invites you to follow the bean from its birth to your cup. Led by Carlos and his family, you’ll wander through the blooming coffee plantations, learn to identify the perfect cherry during harvest, observe the meticulous work of pulping and drying, before discovering the secrets of a tasting worthy of the finest roasters.
